Wing Zing... Buffalo Wild Wings Review

Today is Tuesday and a good choice for the day is Buffalo Wild Wings. As long as you don't mind the annoying managers playing games on the overhead speaker, and flirting with it's ever changing staff, it's the place to be.

Tuesdays feature the 45 cent per wing special, which while it's good, it used to be a lot better when it was 20 cents per wing. Either way you can't go wrong with the wings that are dished up at the location. If you like hot I prefer the hot sauce wings wet, which means extra sauce. Be warned requesting your wings wet means you will need at least one napkin per wing. While it is a messy way to get your eat on, it's very good.

For those of you who prefer a less spicy version of the wings are available, I suggest the Honey BBQ, or mild which are both very good as well. Another couple of choices I really like are the Spicy Garlic, and Asian Zing.

Another great part of the Buffalo Wild Wings experience is the wide choice of adult beverages, and a good jukebox. Anytime I can eat wings, drink a nice tall Blue Moon with an orange slice, and hear The Shins in the background I'm thrilled.

For those of you with children I also recommend visiting on Monday as kids meals are only .99 cents and that includes a drink. Hard to beat it.

The location I often go to is in Independence, and as I said while the managers can be quite annoying, it's easy to blow off as soon as the food arrives. Be sure to ask for extra napkins as they never give you enough, and wear clothes that you don't mind staining as it's easy to do with a meal such as this. Restrooms are always neatly kept, and staff is very friendly and as a rule tries really hard.

Note: If you need any sides to accompany your meal I suggest getting ranch, celery, and Smiles. The smiles are an amazing little smiley faced potato that is typically only given in the kids meals. I can tell you that is a huge mistake. While the potato's they offer are ok, they are far cry from the Smiles. The wait staff will look at you crazy and may not even know what you mean, but I urge you to try it and judge for yourself.

Grade: A- I only made it an A- because of the managers jacking around on the PA.

Tip: Stay away from the boneless wings, as they are not even close to the quality of the bone in wings. They taste just like what they are.... FROZEN

Cost:12 wings + 1 Smiles + 2 big Blue Moon's = $20.00 - 2 big Blue Moons <----- (I don't recommend doing that) and you are looking at a check of around $10.00

Wet nap please!!!
